Have you registered to vote?
Voter registration records can change after a move, name change, or routine maintenance. Check your registration now to confirm that your information is current and that you’re registered in the right county.
If you’re not registered—or need to update your information—take care of it before the deadline. Texas does not have fully online voter registration. You need to complete the application online, then print, sign, and mail it—or obtain a paper application from an approved location. Your application must be postmarked or submitted by October 5, 2026.

Moved from another Texas county?: Ask Travis County Elections about a limited ballot during Early Voting. Before you vote, contact or visit the Travis County Elections Office at 5501 Airport Blvd., Austin, to confirm eligibility, hours, and requirements.

You moved within Travis County: Vote at the polls and confirm or update your address. You’ll be asked to sign a statement of residence.
You moved to Travis County from another Texas county: You may be eligible to vote a limited ballot during Early Voting only, October 19–30.
We recommend voting during Early Voting, which gives you more time to resolve any issues that may arise.
Note: Limited ballots are generally available during Early Voting only and may be limited to certain races.

Decide when and where you’ll vote. Early voting runs from October 19 through October 30, or you can vote on Election Day, November 3. Bring a valid form of ID. Voting early gives you more flexibility if your schedule changes. Check the available locations and hours, then choose the option that works best for you. Voting early also gives you time to resolve registration or ballot questions before Election Day.
